Located in Shelby County, Tennessee, Bartlett is a city with nearly 55,000 residents, and it is part of the Memphis metro area. Previously known as Green Bottom and Union Depot, Bartlett was a major station in the state’s stagecoach route. Previously a part of Shelby County Schools, the city has recently approved a referendum in order to form a separate Bartlett City School District.
