Tommy was very helpful with troubleshooting an intermittent issue with my AC unit. It was working properly at the time of my service, but he was able to determine the issue and didnt try to recommend unnecessary services. I havent had any issues with the unit since he came by. Would highly recommend!

In the heat of August, our upstairs AC unit died leaving my mother-in-law sweltering. ComfortableLLC came out and replaced our unit in record time. Service was great both at the office and at my home. They were extremely professional and prompt. I highly recommend them!

Where to start you know the bare basics of owning a home? Good - cause I am not good at any of that. So the power went out for the town of Collierville for 8 hours yesterday. By the time it came back on it was close to 0100. (Im leaving out the part where my dog was locked in my house during this time because I dont carry a house key.)Around 0230 I woke up sweating and very irritated due to the heat advisory we have been under and the house previously 8 hours without air (first world problems I know).Well I contacted several companies and they were all going to try to fit me in to their already booked schedules. But not Comfortable LLC!Tommy was at my house before I could even figure out where the breakers were! So thankful that in the midst of my irritability and frustrations it was such a relief to have someone show up with a great personality and great professionalism. I appreciate how patient he was and obviously knowledgeable.Truly, for as frustrated as I was, it was truly a blessing that Comfortable LLC showed up so quickly and went above and beyond to help get both my AC units operational again. I appreciate people that understand the financial burdens and go above and beyond to take care of people and not try to make an extra buck. I highly recommend that if you have any issues - you contact Comfortable LLC for your heating and air - and who knows what else they can do - give them a call and find out :)

our heat went out over the weekend and we tried multiple times to get someone to come out & look at it. we called them & they came out the same day. they were very generous & friendly people. would definitely recommend them to everyone i know!

Excellent work! Very timely and polite. My only reason for less than 5 stars is because of cost/time. I paid nearly $500 per hour to have an outlet installed near my breaker box. That said, they were very communicative and a pleasure to do business with. I will likely shop around next time due to cost, but always keep Comfortable LLC in mind.

This company is very efficient. I got appointment for the next day. They let me know they were on their way and got there early. Very professional and courteous. Explained what they did and was so polite. I will use them over and over!!

Ive used them for a few years. They did a total replacement of my HVAC a few years ago and it was absolutely life-changing! My utility bills went down and our house was actually cool in the summer! We have also used them for help with other electrical issues. Very fast and very, very nice. I recommend them to anyone and everyone!

First I entered my neighbor Alicia into winning a free air conditioner since she had gone 5 years without air. I was so excited when the sweetest lady from Comfortable LLC called named Rebecca called saying they picked Alicia to win the unit. They came out that same day to tell our sweet neighbor about winning the unit. Within 1 week they had the unit ordered and being installed. This company is amazing. Another neighbor that knows Alicia came over and decided to used them for her new air conditioning needs. All the time I got text messages and emails letting me know the exact times these units were ordered and being installed. Im going to have them come give me an estimate to have my fire place converted to gas. These folks and this company is amazing! Would recommend them to everyone.
